By using Duke Free Food ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App helps users find Duke free food events and sync them to Google Calendar. The App may change, improve, or stop features at any time.

To use calendar sync features, users may need to authorize access to their Google Calendar. Users are responsible for reviewing requested permissions before granting access.

4. Responsible use

Users agree not to:

• Use the App in a way that violates applicable law or platform terms
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the App's functionality
• Misrepresent affiliation with Duke University or Google

5. Event information and accuracy

Event listings may be sourced from third-party pages and may change, be inaccurate, or be canceled. Users should verify details with official event sources when needed.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.
